    It has been down for me as well; the 'Lobby'/'Chat' btn doesn't appear, and clicking links to open the IM window looks as if they do nothing

    Same here, for me the Chat button doesn't appear at all so I couldn't connect to chat. When I try to access chat by adding someone first this is what it says according to web console.

    Yes, I can confirm that signing in incognito works. I've also tried using a different browser and it works. So in the end I tried to clear browsing history including cookies, site data, caches and etc. I relogin and now the chat button appears.

    If anyone is having the same problem try clearing cookies, caches and etc, it may solve the problem.
