Again same...so IM doesnt work everyday now for people with thousands of contacts. it's work only few hours per day for me...

@Dave84311 Please Help tell me if this problem will be fixed, what we need to do, in 2 days I could not enter the chat for a minute, I tried to connect every 30 seconds during the day.
the last few months there were no such problems, now they are again

I'm using chrome and I haven't been able to connect in weeks. Every time I try to open chat it says "javascript://" on the bottom left and yes, JavaScript is enabled. I checked the console code and there are a couple failed to load resources and says that open chat is not defined. I've tried multiple browsers and even my phone. same thing across all devices.
