What influences the actual quantified number Trust Factor is based on hasn't been publicly released at all. Account age, number of games on your account, number of reports, number of games played etc could all affect it one way or another. One semi-confirmed factor is the number of games played recently, and whether or not you were reported within them. Even completely clean accounts can get low trust factor if they are reported many times and/or they have taken large breaks without any games played. I play CS completely clean, and my SMFC account (ESEA A player, played in Main League) decayed into a GN3 account after I took a long break from the game. I got back into the game and just demolished people as they were far lower rank than my skill level. After a week of doing that my trust factor became so low that I couldn't even queue with some old friends because the trust factor gap was too high.
You were seeking strength, justice, splendour.
You were seeking love.
Here is the pit, here is your pit.
Its name is Silence..
The only way to improve your Trust Factor is to be a positive member of the CS:GO and Steam community. Trust Factor matchmaking will continue to be adjusted, but all players have to do to improve their matchmaking experience is continue playing CS:GO and other Steam games legitimately. The more a user plays, the more information the system has and the easier it will be for the system to determine who they should be matched with.
Do overwatches, don't que with hackers, don't grief
Play a lot of games(even buy if you have enough pocket money), contribute to the community through overwatches, have a no report record and then it should do the rest
some of what i found helpful for me.
don't report someone for cheating too early
don't report people on the other team unless you are 100% sure
do report people on your team suspected of cheating and do so when you are very certain
do not use negative language in chat or in teamspeak this includes calling out cheats just observe them and report them
be nice to your opponents and teammates even if they are rude
do not play csgo at times which people with a life wouldn't be playing IE. school hours, times at which people would be sleeping (you will find more cheaters at those times)
don't play against gold novas and silvers, these seething retards will report you for being even slightly better than average or listening to audio cues. if that's your current rank, discard your account and make a new one.
have a reasonable headshot percentage, anything higher than 69% across ~20 kills is pushing it unless you are legit af
don't play too many games in a row, spread that shit over the week
don't commend anyone who asks you to do it, only commend those who are positive members of the community and do it accurately IE don't say that a silver 1 is a good teacher lmao
don't make friends with rank 2 accounts/try to make friends with older accounts
link your phone number to your account
don't kick too many people
Also make sure to turn on your resolver and BAIM if lethal

I'm always killing those trolls in my team, like i always have 3 people trolling me and it makes my trust factor worse, VAC Bans also affects your trust factor.
