Working on how to save better with my finances!
I used to be in shape and very healthy. I tore my ACL in an amateur MMA fight and didn't have surgery. I got real out of shape while I was recovering, and was stuck in a slump for a long time. My girlfriend and I recently began intermittent fasting, it's going very well so far. I'm pretty happy with it. The changes come real quick, quicker than I thought.
I'm practicing mindfulness, but currently I'm too busy to think about my necessities... I don't know how to fix it, but I'm trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Been lifting everyday and eating healthy. Since I got extra time cause of corona I started trying to stretch or do yoga everyday and its crazy how much better it makes you feel
Little bit of cleaning here and there. A decluttered space helps for a happier state of mind.
Learning new skills which can be utilized for my career choice, as well as reading books weekly for personal growth.
It’s very interesting to see what everyone else is practicing to improve their everyday life. I give myself a bit of time everyday to practice mindful meditation, which involves mindful breathing exercises and clearing out any thoughts in the mind. I find this calms me down, relieves some stress and really does put me at peace.
Quitting watching porn has helped me a lot in feeling more positive towards people and in general feeling better mentally.
read a book a month minimum switch it up from fiction to non fiction .. one of my favorite books is treasure island.. go to the gym.. also do things or work to start relying on less technology spending to much time on a computer/smartphone kills social skills.. write poetry.. find hobbies and interest.. go on dates.. etc.. most importantly do things in life that make you happy you only live once .. dont dwell to much on shit you can't change or will cause problems with your mood and interactions example politics.. life is way to short, live it to the fullest.
