So I made myself a stealth paypal just for my twitch payments and straight after I added my bank to withdraw it was limited.
All details are fake.
Now I can go about it 1 of 3 ways.

1. 1: Giveaway account since Im not going to use it
2. 2: Try to give fake shit to get the money

For the record, a stelath account does not mean brand new, unverified.

was the bank account from a different region compared to the paypal one's? try to verify it through some photoshop id's service
