You knew he was banned on MPGH and that his dispute was denied multiple times.

Yes. He was banned because he gave his skyp3 to his clients. But I don't really see how my partnership affects MPGH when at the end I would be responsible for the end result for whatever happens to the users(buyers).

Spoke with other Upper Staff and it was agreed you've done enough stupid shit, especially towards Arun.

It's been more than a year? or two probably? Haven't I have already apologized to him multiple times already? Arun's matter was closed, I believe.

Yes, but because of those past "enough stupid shit". I was cautious this time. I made a thread only after reading all the rules. There was no rule against it. Of course, Upper Staff can create rules on the fly because they own this site but the rule wasn't there when the thread was made. Also from a logical perspective, I don't see why partnership(be it with anyone except scammer) should concern mods and admins? There are a lot of partnerships going around MPGH. Coming to my ban reason: I never used the word "Dynasty" in my thread. There were no promotions.
