Tell the users to use chaorrupter unlocked for the chaos bosses and shaman class on Desolich/Reaper.

Shaman is really underused by lots of newb players since they seem to prefer VHL/LC and/or Vampire Lord over it.
It's actually really really powerful especially against large HP bosses with its Infinite dmg potential.

Are you saying that shaman can solo desolich? Just tried that and can only get a couple of hits off before he kills me.

Have an Arch Paladin help you and you can solo Desolich really fast.
