Vegans vs Carnivores

Hello to everyone

There is a big debate on vegans vs carnivores , what is your opinion? We really need high protein amounts and meat?

Personally when I was consuming dairy products I was getting ton's shit of pimples and I was feeling drained without energy.. I believe dairy products are not healthy at all and about meat I believe it's just dead tissue, only protein about it but it has many toxins, specially red meat. * You can't digest meat easily.. so really, who says we're truly carnivores and frugivores..)

I'm trying vegan diet for 2 months now and I have detox my kidneys very well(you can see it by your urine color, if it's not yellow after a long night without water then you are in trouble.. ), my skin in the face looks much better without pus and pimples and I have much more energy all the time. Also I still have the muscles that i built with meat, but I can maintain them. My weight is down few kg but I can maintain it.

Ethics wise veganism is the way to go and if it's mandated by law not to eat meat then I would.

Until then though I'm eating meat.

Human history and evolution would disagree with you re eating meat - it has been a part of our (and our ancestors) diet.

I love eating meat but my gf is vegan and I gotta admit: some of the vegan stuff is tasty as hell. Even vegan cheese tastes fucking good.

This term is stupid,
There are no such thing as "carnivores" in the human kind. We can eat everything, we are omnivores.
Our bodies need meat and vegetables/fruits. Not eating one of those causes malnutrition on the long term.
Our diet needs to be balanced.

Some people can restrict their diet to vegetables and fruits only, for medical reasons, ethical reasons, or due to a mental illness (phobias...).

Everybody should be free to eat whatever they want without being shamed for that. That's why I hate vegans. Nobody bother vegans
when they choose to eat vegetables only. But vegans allow themselves to insult those who choose to eat meat.
They are a group of intolerant people, wishing death on butchers, burning meat-related businesses: destroying jobs and lives.
They prefer to kill cats and dogs, than seeing them alive because for them, for animals to live with us is slavery.
They consider that bees are exploited by humans for their honey, in a similar way to how humans are exploited by entrepreneurs/bosses.

They are nuts, do not know anything from life: they pretend we can oppose nature, and the way our bodies are made.
They interpret everything backwards... they are weak, because in the wild nature, those who refuse to eat to survive die.
That's how the world works, and they refuse to admit it.
