Banned for a resolved report

Hello there,

My Main Account smm-predator (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/member.php?u=5280377) got banned after a resolved report for not supplying the item?
Following happend : I started a giveaway for a google home mini UK / FR Code and I couldn't supply it at first, after a bit of a time I got a code for FR which I wanted to give the winner, he didn't want this code and told me he want the 2$ that this code was worth, after I gave him what he offered, I got banned, any further reasons or did I do something wrong?
