Have you guys even used csgo skin rental service called "lootbear"?
I was wondering, if its possible to just take skins an run away, if I close my bank account, I have spare credit card that im planning to close anyway.
Tell me about your experience with this site.

you mightve been able to do that when they first opened but now it is impossible as they want so much proof

The amount of proof you need to provide to "level up" for the higher tier skins just makes it impossible.

It was already a pretty secure system when it first started.

Pretty sure they require ID, photo, SSN and a few more official documents before you can get items like a Dragon Lore.

I have multiple people who are willing to give me their ID's
I will slightly modify ID if needed, what can they do with them anyway? If they want to make sure that person doesn't use their service again, then I don't really care.
I'm in eastern Europe, I don't think they can do anything legally.
I love how they says on their website, "Scam signal - If fraud has being detected, our system sends out a signal (report) to Valve and to your local law enforcement as a theft felony.", excuse me? What? Are they going to tell valve, but I don't think they are fan of their site anyway, and cops? Suuure..
