One of my PayPal accounts got limited last and was limited for the 180 days. They just emailed me letting me know I can withdraw the fund with a bank account, I'm not from the USA so I can't withdraw the money. Does anyone know how I can withdraw this money??

You need someone with a usa bank to cash it out for you, and give them a percentage.

After 180 days your only option is to withdraw the money using the card/bank account on your paypal. If you can't get those then you can't get that money any other way. @bago8

Try withdrawing to your debit/credit card. Always worked for me.

Hey there, if by any chance they have given you the chance to provide documents so they can remove limit, contact me and I can edit for u documents for a cut. Already done it on multiple accounts and working so far. Hope I can help
