That happens when you don't have internet connection.
IF YOU DO have connection, the admin of your computer or the internet might Disabled the feature.
After checking this and still doesnt work, the only way is to Install it again

yeah well the reactor has updated and is faster now.. (wonder why ijji didn't implement this development before releasing it..) and maybe instead of ijji saying cannot update game and [Number] they should just say the reason whay and what to do.. jeez.... anyway... moving on...with life...

my internet explorer dont work, thats prolly the problem.
i use firefox but alot of programs use ie so i dunno i guess i got fix this microsoft fail shit.
