FitBit Guru give me some advice - "Device has been locked"
had quite a few fitbits done but this was to a new drop that wasn't done before, havent seen this before. Anyone seen this before? It was a versa.

its been happening since 4th april fitbit app update and there is no way out of it, once a owner of original device contacts fitbit support, they lock the replacement device.

Yeah unfortunately I heard of this happening a lot too, the best chance is to use old accounts that have not logged in for a while
