I'll be honest. Once you get to mg its less about skill with flicks and more about fundamentals when peaking, outsmarting people and playing off teammates (not baiting but supporting and refragging (what golds call baiting)) so getting qued with dmg's and lem's gives you a chance to see better ways of playing and in turn helps you rank up further.
Below mg is all about baiting and clutching lol.

Like. I am definitely not as bad as Silvers I guess since I get ranked into mid-Gold-Nova. Happens for example if I get banned on my alt for testing things out in here and I make me a new Account. So if you still look for EU(W) silvers I can make me another alt. My English isn't perfect but I can provide the English vocabulary I learned from 6 years 'Realschule' (some german highschool).

Besides that. I got not much friends too in this Internet thingie. And I guess my pro player friend "Ray" isn't interested in making new Internet-friendships with some random peeps. That means I can't provide a full (smurf) team. Probably only one besides me, but I am not interested in playing with him since he is low in the game and probably already did quit since we weren't there to carry him. And then there is one more weirdo in my crew who doesn't speak at all, same as Ray.

The best thing in this instance would be to get your trust factor up. If you are trying via boosting methods such as commend boosting, note the following.
If you attempt to commend boost but you're still playing in lobbies where your friends are getting banned for cheating, then the commend boosting will have zero affect on your trust factor. Also, creating new accounts won't help you much, just saying for future reference.
