Yes, EAC is known to hwid ban so either try a hwid spoofer or buy a new disk.

Change more number values. Also make sure to sign out before changing you HWID. You will need to create a new account with the new HWID. If you got banned on that account and changed it won't work, or if you changed the HWID and then signed out of the banned account you will get banned again,
