There is no replacement as of now for Mod Loader. And if there was it'd still have the same ban probability as this one does, because it injects into the games memory and thats what gets you banned
About your original problem though, reinstalling the game will fix it.

hy guys who can help me i have retarded enemies mod by nolife (bots mod) and i load it with integrated system support of mw2...and i play on alteriwnet but i cant earn xp and unlock challenges or anything who can tell me how to modify the mod or something else ...for giving xp an unlock weapon attachements etc..etc..

P.S....sorry for my english and something else who can tell me ho to disable team fortefing ...

If yes , can you please tell me how to manage it to make the bots spawn instantly ?
Because it takes like a while till they respawn and i want them to respawn as soon as possible !
