Looking to buy an unranked account

I don't want an account that was botted and going to be banned in a month, I am looking for an account to start as my new main, but am too lazy to hard level myself, anyways here are the requirements if you meet these then post here or PM me and name your price.

• All seasons unranked
• 3 year old+ account
• at least 20 champions or blue essence to buy 20 champions
• unverified email or the ability to change current email to mine
• Honor level 2 or higher
• No chat bans or leaver busts on account

PS I don't care about skins and not going to pay for them so don't include those into the price.
