    You may want to search and see if any modified versions exist for your particular game and for your mobile os. This would be the no-hassle bet, and be very easy to install without needing to make any code modifications. The second type involves jailbreaking/rooting your phone and some tools can be used to debug game scores and points,etc., and can be painstakingly used to create cheats to win local games. However, if the game has server sided checking, it is next to impossible.
