Does education system sucks in your country?

So, before 4months I got an internship, which was then converted into a job since they liked my work. The place where I work is kinda a educational institution, where students visit to get practical experience. The day before yesterday, my boss called me and said " You have to teach this students, other staffs are busy". With no preparation, I started teaching them and I hope they understood it to some extend. The funny thing is my voice is so soft but while teaching I was too loud. Yesterday I took a continuous 6 hour lecture to another bunch of students. The last thing I would expect is to be a teacher. I really feel bad for all these students, cos the education system sucks here and they are 1-2 yrs younger to me. The myth is that the students from Asia are so great at math and stuff, NO they aren't education system sucks here. So just wanna ask you guys, does this problem exist only in Asia? What about your country?

System in my country is shit.
Finland, Switzerland, Belgium,... have very good education system. Education is paid off there

Educational system isn't bad here, just kinda not fair? You will get straight A's first 8-9 years, and then in High School -boom- you will get destroyed. Although it depends highly on the teachers.

In my country if you don't have connections you probably won't get a job. Plus a lot of people can just buy a diploma and work a job for someone with HS diploma. So I suppose it's better to go to college cuz you'll get better jobs, and college is free here.
