Help with eBay

Basically I have an item listed and when buyers try to get they get an error

We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address

I've tried to buy myself with another acc and I get the same error

Payment is through PayPal, I've looked on google and there isn't an official solution to this problem

Help would be appreciated

The problem is with your listings, are you trying to sell internationally maybe?

When you sell internationally, eBay tends to be sloppy when it comes to item location ( the location u selected from where the item you're selling is being shipped ), try to play with options in listing and you'll sort it out eventually

Are you sure every buyer gets the same issue? And also, put your listing to a more big city, for example the capital of your country and etc., not exactly yours.

Yes all buyers experience the same problem.

Tried the thing you said multiple times but it doesn't seem to be working, also played with the settings and nothing happen

I'll keep messing with the listings settings until I get it to work

I fixed the problem. the issue was the shipping method I used, it wasn't compatible with the processing time I chose

I only had to change it to one day and that's it

lmao things are often way more basic than you would expect them to be

at least you now know what the issue was

The problem is definitely with your Pay-Pal.

it's just a temporary security hold from paypal usually, even though the rep says nothing wrong with your account
paypal has an internal security system that prevents you from sending or receiving money..
just give it some time it will go away..

or you can do this: send the buyer an offer, if he accepts the offer you will be asked to send him an invoice and it will go through

I encountered this as well, If you have a personal PayPal account then edit your listing and uncheck the box that says "Require Buyer to make immediate payment"
That feature is only compatible with PayPal business accounts. Hope that helps.
