As for me - it is one of the most stupidest rules on this forum.
As a cheat developer, I'm not even able to post a link to Virustotal scan of my cheat, because "you must have 15 posts to post links".
Admins are just forcing people to spam crappy nonsense posts to reach this stupid 15 posts limit.
Wouldn't it be better to, at least, change the rule to something like "you have to have 15 posts or 15 thanks or 15 reputation to post links" even though it's still stupid

True, bots will be able to reach the limit quite easy, but the pattern of a bots spamm comments are easier to detect whilst having a limit compared to having just a 5 post limit.
