Sorry i can't make Some Video Tutorial, but i can make this Step for make easy using it. ~

What you need :
1.Latest NodeJs (Version 12.6.0)
2.Latest GIT (Version 2.22.0)
3.Latest Java (Version 8 Update 221, if you not install/update this can make some error, it fixed for me after updating java)

Step:
1.Download and Extract this Commendbot in any folder
2.Rename Config.json.example to config.json
3.Open Config.json, fill the account,target,steamWebApi and anymore~ (for method i using LOGIN and set "toSend: 20")
4.Make new text file for Commendbot Account (Example : CommandBotAccount.txt) the format is Username : Password
5.Click right mouse in folder of Commendbot, select "Git Bash Here" to open GIT
6.Execute 'node databaseManager.js'.
7.Select Add Account(s) to database
8.Select Import from username : password file and add "CommendBotAccount" or you can add it manually
9.exit DatabaseManager
10.Execute 'node Index.js'.
11.Just wait commend~ and Don't forget close your CSGO

Thanks, that worked, I didn't have GIT and I worked with cmd and node.js cmd.
but just add another step, Execute npm install before Execute node databaseManager.js.

reduce the commands in the config based on how many accounts you have? 30 is enough, more than that it's obvious you cheated.
