Twitch affiliate where do i get ssn or tin from?

I won a giveaway and i don't know where to find a tin or ssn from i googled it and used one but that account has been reviewed for a month now and i even sent them a message about it but nothing yet. So now im wondering with a new affiliate account, where do i get a working ssn or tin from?
