Limited Paypal withdrawl? Looking for someone who can help

Hi folks. I have a 2-year old Paypal account that has about $250 in it from eBay sales (video games), that got the unfortunate blue "claim money" button. It's not actually limmited, and I'm able to perform all other tasks, except sending payments (until I set up a Paypal cash account, which needs documents and SSN which I don't have). I'm able to withdraw the money via cheque or bank account, but I don't have either of these options since I don't even live in the US.

I'm looking for a trusted member to help out with this, either the cheque or bank account method (either is fine), and I'll happily pay a percent of the total for the help (say 25%? we could discuss it). I appreciate the help. Please IM me here, or PM is also fine.

why cant you just verify it with your ssn? thats the only reason, to verify it with a SSN that matches the name on the account,

Or you can use a virtual bank account to withrdaw there and then send the money to your personal account

Try Revolut. I use it and it works with PayPal.

Yes they do. Any organization that has anything to do with banking will require ID. Your only option is to transfer the money to another PayPal if possible, if not - you can add bank accounts under different names. I've done it several times, then I just withdraw to that bank account.

I really don't want to deal with all the hassle, and risk of losing my money if I don't set it up right. Would you be willing to withdraw it to one of your accounts if I give you a percent of the money, say 25%? PM or IM me if you like.

to take it out would take days, youd need to set up a bank on your PP and then confrim the bank/card to take the money out.

I say this is your best bet. If you can still send the $250 to another paypal then you can use someone on MPGH who does a paypal to BTC service, you give them $250 in paypal and they send you like $230 or whatever there rate is (youll get less money in BTC so it wont be the whole $250) and boom you just got your money.

this is assuming you have BTC wallet.
