So, a few days ago I contacted them about the fact that how my Logitech G933's wireless headsets are not appearing connected in the Logitech G Hub (which shows basically every logitech product that you own), and because of that, they call the device "defective" when it's not, I still get audio, I still can mute everything that can be muted, RGB works and all, even when it's not plugged in with USB (charging purpose), it still works fine.

So, they had an audacity to send me an email to ask stuff from me even though they already know, so... Does that mean, another FREE G933 that I can sell?
