[SOLVED] Can you get banned for being in a xp lobby?

Hi,

Just now I was in a modded lobby where one kill got me to lvl 70.
I have been in a few of these lobbies, purely by accident.
Can I get banned for simply being in such a lobby?

if you werent hacking the lobby, and joined by accident, they cant ban you for that

Yes! I will do that, but then prestige again, cant wait. In my opinion, prestiging makes the game less boring and repetitive after a while, forces you to use worse guns and work for unlocks

Indeed, I'm currently Installing Modern WarFare 2, and hoping it all works out to play online, at least something to do to remember the maps for when i get my xbox and Modern Warfare 2.

Don't be nervous at all...i've been on MW2 since the beginning of those hacked tdms on rust from December...not a thing has happened to me...i even joined multiple hacked lobbies on purpose...i'm good, and nothing has happened to me.

oh, you primarily play it on xbox? I think PC is much better, due to Steam's nice features. However the pc version does have many flaws, such as the stupid private match and how you cant play with friends easily.

Its sad, but all of my friends have xbox, so it can be quite lonely, my whole clan is based on counter strike, so no hopes there.

Once you start playing it on Pc you might never want to go back to console... thats what happened to me

Not rly because if you enter the lobby and the server changes your memory, its not bannable... But if you are the host and you are the one that is doing that, they will probably track you down.

I'm in the same situation as well. All my friends have PS3's and I have no friends to play with... I only started using steam this year, I was a online console gamer for seven years, but now it's PC onry.

Yes, I think PC rules, but you cannot somehow convince your friends otherwise.

If you did not used any hacks (wall, aimbot), you should be safe, about the host.. he it's going to get banned!
