IM is not appearing (i tried everything)

its long period of time that the IM chat dosen't work for me, the lobby button isn't appearing to me.
the things i tried and didn't work:

-add exceptions on east
-try use different browsers
-restart, update etc..

*where the IM button supposed to be there is IDM message "download audio from this page" , and when i download i can hear the chat sound, but the chat not appearing /work for me.

Please help me with that

If you tried adding exceptions on eset if you are using it,why not just try disabling it altogether to see if it maybe fixes the issue ? @DvirPro

this actually work bro, when i disable the protection from east. but how i can it work both the chat and enable protection?

You probably didn't whitelist it correctly,you need to add an exception for this url "https://birdie.im/"

You can get it directly from the ESET notifications (when it blocks), can't tell you exactly because i dont have this problem anymore
