How to get free steam levels and games (Only for 2019 summer sale)

There is a glitch you can now abuse with steam in order to get free games, and level up your steam level to insane amounts. I believe this can be redone every day of the grand prix summer sale.

Prerequisites:
Join a Grand Prix team here: https://store.steampowered.com/grandprix

Step 1: Download SAM (Steam Achievement Manager) *Use Google*
Step 2: Open Sam Picker.exe with steam open. DO NOT open any games.
Step 3: Click on CS:GO or TF2 and select the Unlocked Lock. Then press "Commit Changes" in the top right.
Step 4: You should now see that your achievements have been unlocked.
Step 5: Go here, https://store.steampowered.com/grandprix and you should see that your available points will have gone up. Keep unlocking achievements until you reach your max for the day.
Step 6: Click on the button that says "Boost Team ____" Example: https://prntscr.com/o86p9w
Step 7: Spend your new tokens here: https://store.steampowered.com/pitstop and spend them all. I would recommend getting the badge and leveling it up for free steam levels. However you can get the game coupon and buy yourself a free game every day!
