I haven't found a single word about bans and connection between bert's crashes. It's obvious that someone crashes servers, whether or not it is bert. But the reason is known solely to him, and claiming he's raged because of bans is ridiculous.

He may have assumed it was Bert since a user claiming he was Bert livestreamed himself DDoS'ing the servers fairly recently all the whilst demanding for his accounts to be unbanned (Deca did a banwave recently).
