After couple hours of conversation (literally) about an order in which he responded quickly on almost every message I forwarded first payment in USD, which was ''withheld'' from his side (and he said that his account is ''completely verified'' *cough*). Couple minutes after he reversed it and I forwarded second one, this time in EUR, considering that he's from Spain and there will be no additional transaction fees. Everything went smooth from my side as first time and then the ''delay'' started. He told me to wait 5 min to fix some other ''withhold payments''. After not responding I texted him back he said to wait 2 more minutes and that over and over (can see the chat timing). After all I was told that there were ''problem with the payment'' again and PayPal held the funds so I need to wait ~7 days to refund me (not considering to deliver anythig) and give me some sort of transaction ID from his side. After waiting basically a hour+ and was given couple screenshots of the first transaction (in attempt to say its from second one, since first is in different currency) he ''appologized for the trouble and wished me good night'' followed by its too late and I need to wait till tomorrow and went offline.
Fast forward - when I logged in MPGH today I saw that he removed me from IM (strange?) and there were absolutely no update on refund I called PayPal and provided the entire information about the payment and the transaction ID to be told ''theres nothing in pending or sent as refund for the last transaction". So transaction is now on pending to be escalated for review by PayPal if I dont receive any respond from him.
