How to "test" flirt with a girl?

Lately I've been meeting a lot of girls irl and texting them as part of my self growing. I've been doing pretty well with my personal growth and I think I'm ready to be in a relationship. Most of the girls I text are pretty awesome.

Sometimes convo's I have with them go on for hours, though I never know how to "test" flirt. As in, say something a little flirty and see if she flirts back type of thing. Something that isn't hardcore, just to see if she likes you in that way or not.

Do you guys have any examples/"go to lines" you use to see if she likes you? I know you can't just say the line randomly, but you can drive the conversation into a specific direction so when you use that "flirt line". Any examples you guys have?

straight up bro first things first, ask if the girl has a crush on someone, if no good for you, if yes, not good for you.
If she does not have a crush just keep talking to her, if you're more offensive you can even say something like "I think you're really cute" you get the point. Also I wouldn't recommend to "test flirt" like bro if she says no then you just saved some time right there instead of wasting it through months because you wasn't sure.

I would say be BOLD and assertive, don't be afraid to be you. Remember, at the end of the day you want the experience to be self-amusing, it's a good way to set the tone for your interactions (Makes you look confident and fun).
