That is the correct email, and there should be no issue with you receiving the message. Sometimes it can take a while to arrive, but I went ahead and made the system send another one. Make sure it's not going to spam, or being filtered by Gmail.
Can you provide some sort of proof of ownership of the email address? Other than that, if you can provide the registration location (General area is fine) for the account, I will confirm it, then provide access. However there really shouldn't be any issues as it's Gmail, so can't think of why you're not getting them if you did not add them to spam/phishing filter.
Yeah you're gonna have to email me at email@example.com with the account email and provide me a link to your profile. I will send you an email back so be sure to respond to prove that you own the account.
