It's just been way too long. Started the process over a month ago then after UPS investigation he said we need to wait for UPS to send over information to the store, that was on 6/27. on 7/2 I asked if Versa had any idea on a timeline and didn't really get a reply until 7/7 in which he said he would follow up to the store on that monday (7/8). I haven't received any message from Versa since after him saying he would follow up the next day. I have messaged multiple times with nothing in response and I don't necessarily think its a scam but rather Versa has taken on too many orders and has too much volume. I'm just going to handle this myself and just take the loss on the item but I would like a refund from Versa as I paid for the service in advance.
Just finished my mid terms for summer classes hence why I have been a bit inactive. Let me speak with the user and finish the order for him will update once i figure out his situation.
Edit: Spoke with customer figured out the situation and going to work on resolving it. I was just busy with mid terms but going to wrap it up for him. So far no scam has taken place so i dont see a reason for this to be open other than the customer wanted an update. Which i gave him and we are figuring it out.
