Artix Account Password Recovery

Hey, so I just finally got my Artix account back and I found my old accounts linked into it. Unfortunately, I remember none of the passwords because the account was compromised and all the accounts were accessed on one date (8/15/16) and the passwords were changed. Is there anyway I can regain access to those accounts through the Portal account? Thanks for any help.
