sounds good to me
what to recommend depends on your budget ofc but those are pretty neat imo and provide some decent storage options
Hello,
Recently Microsoft has announced (awhile ago) that their Windows 10 updates are going to have a big sizes, therefore, I've been looking at some specific sized Solid state drivers and Hard drive combinations.
I know that Samsung solid state drivers are pretty darn good, and I've been looking at getting the EVO 860 that is 1TB's which goes for 154.90€ and 2TB HDD which is Seagate Barracuda and costs 58.90€ which would be good addition to my current PC (the hard driver) because of the fact that then I can move all of the recordings to my 2TB HDD.
@niggo
opinions?

I'd suggest getting a dedicated Windows OS SSD just to leave for only the OS (M.2 would be great for this) and then using a second SSD to boot games you play frequently and keep your HDD as mass storage, although you could probably buy 1TB SSDs cheap now since they aren't too expensive anymore.

a combo that is super reliable for me is the Western Digital 1TB HDD + a 500 gb samsung 850 Evo. Great speeds and quite affordable in my opinion but it all depends on your budget

I have the same ssd you chose, it works well.
HDD's imo don't matter as much as ssd's, just get a good and stable company that you know won't scam you with some fishy hdd that gets corrupted in 2 years.
I feel like the HDD doesn't have to be brand name, but make sure you're getting a reviewed and trusted HDD.
If you don't want to deal with the hassle of reading reviews and watching vids on yt, then getting a brand name hdd will be easier.
change motherboard and go for evo plus its crazy fast
