Don't bother trying, I believe it's over with this one.
I was in public section alone and made the delivery, however, it told me to restart GTA Online and that there is an error with the transaction.

If your transaction is over 5 mil or very close to 5 mil there will be an error.
Otherwise it works for me.

Used it yesterday and no ban so far. I'd say it's still safe to use. Just DON'T use it too much.

Either you typed in the wrong amount or you destroyed your vehicle. That's what comes up. Nothing bad happens. Just try it again.

The only things I could think of is you don't have admin permissions to run it, your antivirus is blocking it from running or your OS is Windows 10 S that does not allow you to run some programs.

No they won't. It's best to use this by yourself with no one in your CEO as a bodyguard.
