If you live in Canada then CA NA should work for you.
Where in Canada do you live?
Also, double check that you have reached the requirements for playing
Go to the site i listed in my last post
type: Combat Arms
click Run Test
then copy + paste the results.

I had this problem once. Although it did not affect CA in any way.
EDIT: Update DirectX and your graphics card driver. Also, do not create two threads for one problem.
