What happened to skin changers?

I remember a few years ago there was a skin changer on MPGH called Askren skin changer if I remember correctly, and it was this lil client that allowed you to change skins to anything in the game (riot skins and custom ones). I used to use it a lot and never got banned but then it started glitching and I deleted it.

TLDR: Do skin changers still exist? Is it bannable? Where can I find one?

Well after riot made it clear how they perma ban people because it undergoes altering any game files and undergoes "scripts" it gets your account permabanned so people wont even bother with it anymore because its not worth it

Besides that, for whoever says it doesn't trigger bans.. IT DOES BAN YOUR ACCOUNT.
Sooner or later, using any skin modifying porgram will get you banned, that's Riot games take on such softwares and tools, so be careful.
