eh I wouldn't agree with considering I realise getting addicted to nicotine was a mistake whereas you came and posted on this thread with no intentions of helping, posting only a very obviously unhelpful answer.

My colleague replaced nicotine addiction with caffeine addiction, I think the best way to go about it is reducing the number of times you smoke gradually, your body also needs to cope up with the lack of nicotine, its a long process. Its best to pick something alternative to get your mind off of it as well during this time, can be anything from chewing gum or something that wont affect your body negatively.

You will end up smoking again, just make sure that you have reduced the dosage overtime and one day you'll end up not smoking at all.

vapes are basically just as bad as cigs cause ur consuming the same amount of nic. Juul/blu/suorin are made to be smoking cessation aids and not alternatives to cigs. Best way to quit is using ur vape less and less till u go cold turkey, or use nicorette gum or a transdermal patch, or just quit cold turkey

I used e-cigs to quit smoking. Lowering the nicotine amount from 6mg to 3mg and finally to 1mg. After that I started smoking again due to stressful situations and quit again. Now I only use my e-cig with 1mg nicotine and smoke weed whenever I feel like relaxing while smoking something "real". But I'd recommend e-cigs as it can be helpful quitting if you're mentally strong.

Get a vape start with 12% nicotine, build down to 3 % and then try and slow the amount of puffs. till you stop

orange juice helps alot with quitting a nicotine addiction. If you want to lean off of it, record the times each day you take a "hit". and space them out the next day longer, and so fourth.
