infinite warfare supports 144hz . check your display settings if its set to 59/60hz and change it from there

This means nothing. Yes it supports 144hz but thats not framerate. Thats just how much the screen is refershing. The game has a 90fps cap in zombies and Multiplayer.

for a fps unlock you can change this offset 0x1475D0E50 to what you want but you'll need to do it after you've selected multiplayer/zombies and change it back to default before entering the main screen again and when a game ends since theirs a integrity check on it and many other things.
