Where can I buy manga?

I'm wondering where I could buy physical manga for relatively cheap, I'm currently reading manga online but I'd very much rather read it from an actual book. I live in finland and in most of the shops, one volume costs somewhere from 8€-12€. I'd like to know if there are any shops where I could get a volume for about 5€.

I think that Amazon is the most convenient site to buy manga but i just go to a local store to buy new the first volume of a series
