    Refund from Versa - Service Fail (x2)

    Trade 1 Details: Paid Versa $245 for his services on July 14th, 2018. The refund from Bestbuy didn't come through so we opened a case with UPS. This didn't work so I filed a dispute with my bank that never worked out either. This was a constant endeavor for 3 months (July 14th was payment day - October 22nd when bank dispute fell through). I didn't realize I could potentially get my money back for his service failing until a few weeks ago upon rereading Versa's TOS and seeing other cases opened in the scammer graveyard. That's besides the point. I agreed to do another refund with Walmart at a slight discount as compensation for the last order failing. See below.

    Trade 2 Details: As I mentioned above, I agreed to do another refund at a slight discount in order to compensate for the last order failing. Payment was provided on 8/2/19. It has been less than a month, but I am being similarly ghosted as before and simply want out. I understand Versa is busy and I don't think he is a bad guy but I just want the service I am paying for. And there has been some beef due to my -vouch on his thread, so once this is settled I can simply take my business elsewhere to avoid any potential conflict.

    Since the first trade failed, and the second one seems to have progressed none, I would like a full refund of my $245 for the first order plus the $25 for my second order. Ive been trying to communicate and sort this out with Versa on my own but he has failed to respond. If there is any other information I need to provide I will happily share - I skipped some details for the sake of simplicity but I can post the entire sky.pe / IM chat log if need be. I am still willing to try and sort this out, but needing help from mods to progress. Thanks for your time.

    @Versa please resolve this as well, the user is willing to still go on with the second order so if there's any progress on that please update them and if it doesn't work out a refund I believe would be in place.

    User has stated he is trying to get in contact with the user, but due to the sheer amount of scam reports under his name in a short amount of time an exit scam may be taking place(he has 5+ open reports on him).
    Due to this, I requested a ban on him for precautionary measures and can resolve this through a staff dispute with the users.

    Yup the second service fail has been taken care of (our temporary solution). The thread can be closed for now as we are dealing with the first service fail in the next 10 days.

    Versa said he would reimburse for the second order by Monday or Tuesday, but haven't heard from him. Messaged him several times - even when he was online. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't see my messages, but would like this to be wrapped up this week.
