I don't think we can achieve that kind of functionality with vBulletin currently. But in the future, that's a suggestion to keep in mind maybe. However, those links are there for optimization and to highlight some of the more popular sections on the forum.

But I think keeping a default set (like currently) and then enabling it to be edited per user profile might be a cool idea. It'll have to be sometime in the future though, it would be pretty difficult and resource intensive (I think) to do on vBulletin.

I don't use bookmarks. I like to keep my browser clean so this won't do the trick for me.
