Which claims that it helps you in making you more focused more méditative and help you in your sleep

Is it that real, and worth the 9.00$/month ?

What a joke, people can't even focus without aids like this anymore. Technology is great but when you lose basic abilities it's kind of a downgrade of yourself

Also, I think if people don't have discipline they'll just focus on the wrong things.
