ISO Mobile Game Auto-farming for Orna-GPS RPG

I'm pretty sure there is no autofarming bot for Orna, what I am looking for I am almost positive would be simple to make if you have auto-bot setups in the past, I just want to kill mobs around me in an area and auto heal upon death.
