Received the chat logs and it is evident that the user has no intention of working on resolving this as suggested which was to either provide the service promised or a service of equivalent value. @Flengo @T-800 @Psychotic @Ahlwong

I offered him things but the dude doesn’t respond to me. What do you want me to do if he doesn’t respond to me? This was for a service which i don’t even plan on opening anymore. It’s crazy how you come to the conclusion that i didn’t wanna give him
anything. He’s unresponsive to me, what is it exactly you want me to do? It’s clear from those chat logs that this isn’t going anywhere between the giveaway winner and I. He doesn’t care about this anymore. That’s why i told him that, idk what else to offer. Also, user is unresponsive to me. I don’t know what else to do here at this point, because at this point this is insanely stupid. I don’t know what’s equivalent value to this, as a giveaway has no value, and you guys haven’t set on what would exactly be equivalent to this in your rules. It would honestly be crazy to ban someone forever over this, no one was screwed in any way as it was FREE things, that’s my opinion but whatever.

I also feel like I am being picked on at this point. I’ve gone to other giveaway threads and they haven’t received vouch on their giveaway yet for weeks and i don’t see you guys banning them or doing anything about it. I can see many threads there, I believe Time hand picked me for a reason, but whatever that’s my opinion.

I'm sorry if you feel that way but I don't have anything against you, any incomplete giveaways that I come across I give the user upto 2 days to at least provide an update and upon failure request a ban for incomplete/fake giveaways, which was also the case with you. I understand that methods can get banned and such and that is why I provide them that time to explain whats going on, there have been instances where users have promptly responded with their reasons and in such cases the thread is deleted and whatever rep they received for their post will be reversed. It is evident from my posts on the thread that I had given you more than enough time to give any update whatsoever.

Your conversation with Gorush started off by attempting to redirect to a 3rd party platform which is not allowed, then you blatantly ask him to just say its dealt with. hence my response that you are not attempting to get it resolved. I have already mentioned that if Gorush isn't responsive let us know and we will pick another winner. A stealth ebay with Paypal attached goes for a minimum of 40 USD and as such you either provide a service equivalent to that value or do a monetary giveaway of the same in btc. @247365APPEAL

You can’t just set a market price on a giveaway lol... This makes no sense at all.... Based on chat logs you can clearly see he’s unresponsive, as you’ve tagged him and you had to get chat logs yourself. So basically i have to give $40 of my own money now to some random person because this person is now unresponsive? This was a giveaway for account, not for money. I’m broke as it is, so i really don’t understand why you are telling me to do this. At this point this is insane there is a massive loophole in your rules about these giveaways and that situation is now, i really need an admin to decide on this at this point, as i really don’t want to be banned over a thread. I didn’t hurt anyone, and i don’t want to open this service anymore, SO PLEASE JUST DELETE THE GIVEAWAY.

The giveaway item has to either be the exact same thing Gorush was supposed to get or something of equivalent value.

I believe Time said it's $40 USD because of the MPGH market price right now.

Sounds like you didn’t read what i said on top at all. There’s a major loophole in your rules, just so you know. I am requesting someone higher up like admin please look at this thread. I cannot offer the service i was trying to do with this giveaway anymore. User is unresponsive so i am requesting please just delete the giveaway. You are setting a market value price for what i was offering which is not fair, as giveaways are for FREE things. I am not taking $40 out of my wallet and just giving something away because you guys are forcing me to. If this is the case, then just ban me as i am not doing no type of giveaways anymore for anyone. It’s crazy how you can be banned forever without actually scamming someone. I refuse to do any further giveaways. You can go to the giveaway section and see many other uncompleted giveaways as well. As i stated before the user who handling this has picked me out of the bunch, and it’s not fair. It’s ok though, you guys are the ones losing a good user.
