what you do is this:
im am now currently lvl 70 prestide 10 (im not)
i delete all my stuff from blah blah folder..
i then run the game and itll show im lvl 1 no prestidge,
then play any game you can win games and MAKE sure you level up or else steam wont sync your files to the "cloud" or w/e,
once you have past lvl 1 and are on lvl 2 you may now freely close your mw2 knowing that when you come back and open it again you will see lvl 2 prestige 0.
is that a good enough tut?

well i can, and its lvl 1 in the game, but when i exit MW2 and joins a new game then im suddenly 70 10prestige

Every time I put myeself to 5th prestiged, and prestige myself again, the next day i'd be on 10th prestiged!! Any idea why?

You need to reset your stats using EAM. This is not a reverse prestiging trainer, sorry.
