If they use VAC as their only anti-cheat, it will allow you to circumvent it. But you'd still only be able to make changes to values stored on the client-side, which I'm guessing is not anything significant in an MMO.

Yes, Osiris is internal. An easy rule of thumb this: If a cheat requires an injector to be used, it's internal. If it's just an .exe it's external (with rare exceptions).

Try installing the Steam update (start Steam normally), restart your PC and run the noVAC.exe

I cannot explain that because I have no access to source of whatever anti-virus you are using.
Heuristic - pattern match
Maybe they have poor pattern matching or they are just too sensitive.
If you are scared to use it then simply don't.

i get it to start and eveything works fine and then i try to inject and nothing happens, my cheat doesnt inject. any fix?

When i inject a DLL on csgo, it appears ''Injection Failed'', i tried using 2 injectors and it failed, you know why?

Is MPGH under attack still? I can't seem to load the landing page or use a mod tool that uses my login for MPGH. Oddly enough if I have a direct link I can manage to pull up the site.
