So the IM, will move to different website, to fix the crashes as i understand right ?

Also, desktop notifications would be great like they have on t-gram and d-cord

It is easier , to make n responsive chat, if it's on whole page, not an extension , as IM is rn.But nevertheless programmer with enough knowlage , can make IM responsive as well without making a whole new page for it.

But by reading all the comments , the whole birdie thing is just because the current IM version just takes too much server resources.And best common sence option would be to rewrite the code.

If anyone hasn't suggested this yet; whenever I add someone and don't type their name in to send them a message after adding them, they don't get a notification and I lose out of potential clients. So I would recommend that you have a notification system setup for whenever someone accepts a contact request, they get a ping or some kind of notification alerting them their friend request was accepted.

I agree with most ideas, maybe you also think they are useful.

related to ui = really very good. (optional dark mode would add)

and

1- when copying and pasting texts keep the format (spaces, etc).
2- date and time of the request (important information to estimate possible response).
3- When someone removes you and blocks the conversation should remain. (prevents scammers from removing evidence)

I don't think that'll be possible for main channels, since they are specifically designated with a # and it's used throughout the chat. If you type a channel name, it links to it. If functionality for custom group chats is added, it'll be different.

Voice chat is a whole other game that wasn't even discussed yet. Also, this thread is for UI not for new features.

This is definitely an issue on your end since IM has been up pretty consistently, as long as MPGH is up. Something is likely blocking IM or preventing it from loading on your end. If you have a ton of contacts, it could be that it's just your internet taking too long to load it all.

So you are saying my 150/40 mbps Fiber is not enough to load like few k contacts? wow... I am going later to upgrade plan to 1 gbps
I don't want to delete contacts? People will make scam reports and call me scammer, I don't want that. There is a problem with MY chat, not others I guess? a lot of contacts? Yeah? I can't do anything about it, if Dave deletes my contacts, people will call me scammer, no...
and it's strange that every time it works very early in GMT +1 ... It sounds more like server problem and server struggle with resources because early there are not many users? whatever, I am not deleting contacts yet, I will still click for 20 hours "chat".
Chat always works like shit when the website is DDoSed or something, all months before it's ok, this month? - terrible
Oh and yeah, I made a new account and chat works, but 0 contacts... What I am supposed to do now with my idk few k contacts? to scam people? to people make scam reports and call me a scammer?

When adding on IM , allow members to message each other prior to acceptance of the contact request. However for privacy and spam filtering give users option to disable that.
