Where to find d3dx9_41 or 42!

I NEED HELP! when i inject a hack with PErx ( using vista 64 bit) it says d3dx9_42 or 41 dunno remember not found! help!

I attached dxd9_42 just unzip and put it in your combat arms folder (C:\Nexon\Combat Arms)
if u need dxd9_41 just pm ill give it to you
